  • chevron_rightWhy do I have to pay the HOA dues?
The association requires funds for daily upkeep, repairs, and management, as well as reserve funds for significant property repairs. All community members are required to pay assessments. The Board of Directors sets the assessment rates and approves the annual budget. You will receive a notification of the amount and due date of your specific assessment. Contact your Community Manager for assistance.

While we strive to manage expenses effectively, occasional assessment increases may be necessary to cover escalating operational and maintenance costs within your community.

Your prompt payment of assessments is not just a financial obligation but a crucial part of the effective functioning and maintenance of the community association. Failure to do so may lead to penalties and usage restrictions. Your timely payments ensure proper administration and maintenance of your community, creating a lifestyle tailored for you. Your active role in this process is a source of pride and ownership.

To pay your assessments, please visit the "Assessments" page.

  • chevron_rightDo I need approval from my HOA to make changes to my home?
Yes. Any additions, alterations, or modifications to the exterior of your home and property must undergo review and approval by the Architectural Control Committee before beginning the work or installation of the addition. Typical projects include installing sheds, altering landscaping, replacing or extending fences, installing swimming pools, and constructing patios or decks.

Major undertakings like patio or pool installations require a processing fee. In contrast, minor projects such as painting or landscaping only require submission of the approval application, with no accompanying fee.
