Annual Brush/Bulky Pickup Week
Monday, January 20th, 2025, 7am
Dear Stone Garden Resident,
The annual Brush/Bulky pick up is scheduled for the week of January 20th. There is a 3yd limit, any amount over 3yds will not be picked up. For additional brush/bulky over 3yds, please contact Republic Services directly to make service and payment arrangements before the scheduled service week Monday, January 20th.
Please be sure to have your Brush/Bulky items out before 7:00a.m. on Monday, January 20th. Items placed on the curb after this time will not be picked up if your street has already been serviced. If you have any questions, please contact Republic Services Customer Service at 210-304-2700.
Brush/Bulky Guidelines:
- Limit your brush pile to five (5) cubic yards.
- To determine the cubic yards, take the Length x Width x Height of the pile and divide by 27. (this will equal the cubic yards for example 5ft long by 5ft Wide by 5ft High = 125 divided by 27 equals 4.63 cubic yards.
- Brush must be placed within eight (8) feet of the curb.
- Do not place brush piles in front of parked cars, near fences, trees, mailboxes, beneath overhead wires, low-hanging tree limbs, or on top of gas/water meters.
- Brush must be set out no later than 7:00 a.m. on the first day of your scheduled collection week.
- Do not place material at the curb after crews have passed by your house.
Accepted Materials: Shrubs, Tree Branches, Woody Vines, Other herbaceous and woody plants, BBQ grills (without compressed gas tanks), Carpeting, Fencing, Furniture, Mattresses, Toilets, Water heaters, Appliances***
***Refrigerators, freezers, and a/c window units will be collected only if refrigerant has been removed and the appliance is tagged and certified, indicating removal of refrigerant.***
Materials Not Accepted: Household Trash, Construction Debris, Hazardous Materials (paints, household cleaners), Compressed Gas Tanks, Tires, Televisions, Computers, Medical Waste, Appliances with refrigerant that has not been removed and certified.
Coffee in the Clubhouse
Thursday, January 23rd, 2025, 9am to 11am at Model House
Start your day off right with some coffee and breakfast while mingling with the HOA and your neighbors! Come by every 3rd Thursday of the month following January for a sweet treat & connection!
Flannels & Smores
Friday, January 31st, 2025, 7pm to 9pm at Model House
Come hang out at the model home in flannels and munch on some smores and drinks! Play lawn games and enjoy some Snow Day crafts with the family and your neighbors.
