Santa Brunch
Saturday, December 6th, 2025, 10am to 12pm at Model House
Join us for a festive Santa Brunch as we welcome Santa and one of his cheerful helper elves for family photos and holiday fun! Guests can enjoy a delicious hot cocoa bar—generously sponsored by Mundo Verde Irrigation & Landscaping—along with a selection of tasty brunch bites to savor throughout the morning. We’ll also have face painting to add an extra splash of magic for the little ones.
If you have a special letter for Santa, be sure to bring it along—this is the perfect time to deliver it personally! We can’t wait to celebrate the season with you!
Cocoa Sippin', Gift Wrappin'
Wednesday, December 10th, 2025, 4pm to 6pm at Model House
Join us for a cozy holiday hangout at our Cocoa Sippin’, Gift Wrappin’ event! Residents are invited to bring their gifts and spend some festive time with the HOA team as we wrap presents together. We’ll provide all the wrapping essentials—paper, ribbon, tags, and more—so all you need to bring is your holiday spirit. Enjoy a warm cup of hot cocoa while you wrap, chat, and get into the seasonal groove!
Holly Jolly Ugly Sweater Mixology
Friday, December 19th, 2025, 7pm to 9pm at Model House
Get ready to shake, stir, and sip your way into the holiday spirit at our Holly Jolly Ugly Sweater Mixology event! La Antigua Bar will be joining us for an interactive mixology experience where guests will learn how to craft three festive holiday cocktails on their own.
Between each cocktail, we’ll switch things up with a few lively rounds of Lotería—complete with a chance to win a fun prize!
Guests can also enjoy an assortment of holiday cookies and sweet treats throughout the evening.
Since it’s National Ugly Sweater Day, we’re inviting all attendees to wear their most wonderfully tacky holiday sweaters for a chance to win a special raffle prize.

Join us for a festive winter craft day filled with creativity and cheer! Residents will create their own Christmas tree ornaments, design glittery snowflakes, and make adorable peek-a-boo Santas to take home.
