Pay Assessments
As outlined in the CC&Rs, every Member is obligated to pay Assessments to the Association, which are secured by a continuous lien on the properties subject to these Assessments. Payments must be made following the terms specified in the Governing Documents.

Assessments are $1,278 annually and billed quarterly at $319.50.
There is also a $43.99 monthly fee for the internet and trash service fee of $81.42 billed quarterly.
Assessments are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.
An assessment that isn't fully paid by its due date is deemed delinquent and remains so until all amounts, including collection costs, interest, and late fees, are settled. If full payment isn't received by 5:00 p.m. on the due date, a late fee of $25 per month and interest will be applied. The defaulting owner must also reimburse the Association for related costs, including legal fees. Additionally, a $25 fee is charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.

While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's new resident portal, BUURT, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!
