Trash and Recycle Bins
Trash containers and recycling bins must be stored inside the garage or out of sight from streets and neighboring properties, such as behind a privacy fence. The Stone Garden Reviewer can designate additional storage locations as needed. (Declaration of Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions, Section 3.4)
Trash and recycling bins must be stored in the garage or behind a fence. If you want to build a container for them, pre-approved requirements are available, but plastic storage sheds are not allowed.

Lot Maintenance
Lot owners are responsible for maintaining their property and making any improvements to keep it clean, safe, and attractive; this includes mowing, pruning, watering, weeding, and repairing any exterior damage. (Declaration of Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions, Section 2.11)
Satellite Dishes and Antennas
Satellite dishes or antennas can only be placed in specific locations without prior approval: either attached to the back of the main single-family residence or the side, provided they don't exceed the roofline and are screened from view of neighboring properties and the street. (Declaration of Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions, Section 2.13)
Simply put, place it on the rear half of the home. If it's in the front, we will ask you to move it, or you will need to submit an ARC application for review.
Basketball Goals
Permanent basketball goals are allowed in front of residences at least 20 feet from the street curb and mounted on a black metal pole. Portable goals can be used but must be stored away at night. All basketball goals require approval from the ACC before installation. (Declaration of Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions, Section 2.23)
Please keep the basketball goals inside the garage or behind the fence when not in use.
Home Modifications
Any exterior changes to your home require approval from the Architectural Reviewer before proceeding. Common projects like shed installations, landscaping changes, and pool installations are included. Major projects require a $50 processing fee, while minor ones need an application without a fee. Refer to the Review Guidelines for standards and restrictions. Do not start work until you receive an approval letter from the Stone Garden Community Association, Inc.

- To start a design review, contact Jose Hernandez for the application.
- Submit the completed application and project details via email.
- The design review board will respond within 30 days.
- If approved, work must be completed within 12 months.
